Beeters Take on Bulldogs and Cowgirls

The Chinook 'Beeters' volleyball team played Choteau on Thursday and fell short, losing in five sets. Saturday, the 'Beeters beat Conrad in three sets. This secured a third seed spot in the District Tournament in Choteau next weekend!

The 'Beeter girls faced off against the Choteau Bulldogs in an amazing spectacle of volleyball. Set one ended with 25-27, set two with 13-25, set three 25-18, set four with 25-20, and set five 8-15. Amyerah Kelly had 13 kills out of the team total of 48. Brook Fetter had a whopping five aces out of the team's total of 12. Fetter didn't stop with just aces, she also had 36 digs, 30 percent of the team's total! Addison Olsen assisted over half the team's total with 25 total assists.

On Saturday, the 'Beeters faced off against the Conrad Cowgirls. The Chinook 'Beeters swept the game winning all three sets. The first set came out 25-14, 'Beeters on top. Set two 25-19 and set three 25-16.

The Chinook 'Beeters Volleyball team will begin the tournament Thursday, October 31, at 5:30PM against Cut Bank. The top 4 teams advance to the Divisional Tournament in Shelby the following weekend.
