Harlem Library

The Book Challenge for Nov. is to read a book set in Montana. The library is celebrating National Native American Heritage month in November. Come see the display of star quilts loaned to us from community members. You may still bring star quilts marked with your name to display. Join us for a Native American cultural evening on Nov. 13, 6 P.M. There will be presentations and refreshments. The library will be closed Nov. 11 in observance of Veterans Day. Book Club members should pick up the new book “Great Circle” by Maggie Shipstead by Nov. 15. The first discussion will be Nov. 18, 4 P.M.

Blaine County Library

Teen Scene Mondays 5:30-6:30. Story Time Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. Kids’ Zone Tuesdays 3:45-4:45. Wednesday Home School Hour 1:00-2:00. Thursdays LEGO Club 3:45-4:45, Theater Day Fridays 1:00-2:30.

Harlem Food Bank

The Harlem Food Bank is starting their Annual Drive for funds for the coming year. We will begin on 1 September 2024 and go until 20 November 2024. Town Pump has offered us $2500.00 if we can match that amount. We have been able to match their offer in the past and hope to again this year. Any and all help is appreciated.

Bear Paw Cooperative

The Bear Paw Cooperative, through your local school district, assists in the provision of special education and related services to children with disabilities. Through a process called Child Find, your local school district accepts referrals, provides evaluations and special education for children ages 3-21 years if they qualify. Please contact your local school district or the Bear Paw Cooperative at 406-357-2269.

North Blaine County Cooperative State Grazing District

The Annual Meeting & Reorganizational Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 14 at 1:00 p.m. at the Blaine County Library Meeting Room. To place items on the agenda or for more information call (406) 945-0404.

Block Builders Quilt Guild

Block Builders Quilt Guild will meet on November 12th at 7:00 p.m. in the Library Meeting room. Bring Fall/Brown fat quarter. Sew Day is November 16 at 9:00 am in the Library Meeting Room
