Harlem Library
The Harlem Library is celebrating Native American Heritage Month in November. Stop by and see the display of star quilts. Tonight, Nov. 13, 6 P.M. the library is hosting featured speaker John Stiffarm who will share about Native American Storytelling and Renita Longknife who will talk on Traditional Plants. Refreshments will be served. The Book Club members may pick up the new book “Great Circle.” The first discussion will be Nov. 18, 4 P.M. Storytime for children ages 0-5 is held Tuesdays at 10 A.M. After School Squad for grade school students meets on Wednesdays at 4 P.M. Lego Club for all ages is held on Thursdays at 4 P.M. The Book Challenge for November is to read a book set in Montana.

American Lutheran Church
The American Lutheran Church of Chinook Annual Bazaar and Free Will Luncheon is November 17th from 11 AM - 2 PM. Serving soups, rolls, desserts and drinks. Lefse, Norwegian cookies, bake and craft sale. Delivery and pick up. 406-357-2373.
Harlem Food Bank
The Harlem Food Bank is starting their Annual Drive for funds for the coming year. We will begin on 1 September 2024 and go until 20 November 2024. Town Pump has offered us $2500.00 if we can match that amount. We have been able to match their offer in the past and hope to again this year. Any and all help is appreciated.
North Blaine County Cooperative State Grazing District

Blaine County Museum
“Blaine County Museum’s next program for the Fall 2024 Speaker Series is “Wartime Agriculture in Montana”, presented by Micah Chang, Assistant Professor of History at Montana State University. This program offers case studies for understanding local agriculture during the homestead boom and World War I, and the beet farming boom of the World War II era. Attend prepared to engage in lively discussion, which Micah will facilitate during the second half of his program. This event will take place tonight (11/13) at the Chinook Senior Center at 5:30 PM. Refreshments will be provided by the Center. Free and open to the public.”
