We've Got The County Covered

The meeting was called to order by President Hannah Schoen at 1:00 PM at the Millers Shop. Walter led the American pledge and Wacee led the 4-H pledge. The roll call what are you thankful for. Secretary Wacee Simenson read the minutes from the last meeting. Treasurer Walter Schoen read the treasurer's report.
Old business:
Donation to the chuckwagon and parade of lights float.
Under New Business: Christmas party, secret Santa, dinner, games, Angel tree and fundraising butter braids. Maysen made a motion to have the Christmas party on the 8th of December. If the bowling alley is available, we will have it there, if it is not available it will be held at the miller shop with pop floats and pizza. Wacee seconded it. The motion passed. Secret Santa names were drawn. A motion was made by Norah to adopt 1 boy and 1 girl from the angel tree. Wacee seconded it. Fundraising Ideas were Tabled until the next meeting.
Norah made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Harper seconded it. The motion passed.
After the meeting we decorated our Parade of Lights float.
The next meeting will be held at the bowling alley if available if not the meeting will be held at the miller shop on December 8th in the evening at followed by the Christmas party.
