The Harlem Wildcats faced two tough teams this past weekend. Taking on the Lodge Grass Indians in a fast-paced game on Friday, the Harlem Wildcats were down 40-24 going into the locker room. The Wildcats controlled the third quarter, outscoring the Indians 21-17. Unfortunately, the Wildcats weren’t able to keep the momentum on their side as they fell to the Indians, 75-55.
Matt Billmayer, Isaac Kelly and Tayden Colliflower each scored 10 points in the Wildcats’ effort.
On Saturday, the Wildcats took on the St. Labre Braves in another high scoring game. The Wildcats were unable to shift the lead to their favor and fell to the Braves, 75-57. Lathen Blackwolf led the Wildcats with 12 points, Billmayer added 11 and Colliflower tallied 10.
The Wildcats will be home for the first time this season as they begin conference action against the Poplar Indians on December 21.
