We've Got The County Covered
Tiffany Kimberling, Business Manager and District Clerk for Chinook Public School recently reported the achievements of her 2025 Speech and Drama team members. Two participants, Kylie Huravitch and Ivey Lenz made it to state this year in Huntley, where Lenz earned a fourth place ranking over-all in Pantomime. Huravitch competed in Spontaneous Oral Interpretation.
“I agreed to coach to help fill the need for our Speech and Drama team this year, as my predecessor passed away last summer, leaving our District quite devastated. I had no previous Speech and Drama experience and did the best I could to get us through. Our young team’s talent is what really got us through, though,” Kimberling reported.
Other team members competing for the Sugarbeeters were Gunnar Lenz and Amanda Finley.
